Dear students,

To ensure safe and disease-prevention conditions for students returning to school from March 15, 2021, the school requires students to comply with the following:

Declare your health status using a QR code.

According to the Ministry of Health's guidelines, declarations are made at the "Quarantine Point" at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities by scanning the QR code below:

If students are unable to scan the QR code to register, they can access the following address:https://tokhaiyte.vnto make the replacement declaration.

After completing the health declaration, the person making the declaration will be issued a personal QR code. Students need to save this code as an image to use for "Check-in" and "Check-out" when requested.
