Given the complicated developments of the COVID-19 epidemic in the country in general and in Hanoi in particular in recent days, the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of VNU has decided as follows:
1.Switch from in-person teaching and learning to online teaching and learning immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday (from February 17, 2021) until further notice. Units shall proactively come up with practical and effective solutions based on the actual situation to ensure the quality of online teaching and learning.
2.Units proactively take measures to provide students with quick and timely information about online teaching and learning plans, and remind students to minimize travel between localities and to Hanoi (if not really necessary) and to have the best preparation to ensure the quality of online learning.
3.Students of secondary and high schools in VNU follow the general plan of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
4.Other contents must strictly comply with Urgent Dispatch No. 180/VNU-CT&CTHSSV dated January 28, 2021 and updated instructions from health authorities.
5.Continue to have effective and timely solutions suitable to the situation at the unit to support students of the unit facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 epidemic.
