Given the complex developments of the COVID-19 pandemic throughout the country in general, and in Hanoi in particular, in recent days, the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Vietnam National University, Hanoi has decided as follows:
.The transition from in-person teaching and learning to online teaching and learning will begin immediately after the Lunar New Year holiday (February 17, 2021) until further notice. Units should assess the situation and proactively implement practical and effective solutions to ensure the quality of online teaching and learning.
.The units proactively implemented solutions to provide students with quick and timely information about the online teaching and learning plan, while also reminding students to minimize travel between localities and to Hanoi (if not absolutely necessary) and to make the best preparations to ensure the quality of online learning.
.Students from junior and senior high schools within the Vietnam National University, Hanoi, follow the general plan of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training.
.Other matters must be strictly implemented in accordance with Urgent Official Letter No. 180/ĐHQGHN-CT&CTHSSV dated January 28, 2021, and updated directives from health authorities.
.Continue to implement effective and timely solutions appropriate to the situation at your unit to support students in your unit who are facing difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
