2. Admission Information
2.1. Admission methods:Admission is based on the regulations of Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
2.2. Eligibility Criteria
2.2.1. Regarding qualifications:Graduates with a university degree of "good" or higher, or with scientific publications related to their field of study and research from the following disciplines, are eligible to take the entrance exam directly without needing to take supplementary courses: Political Science; Party Building and State Administration; Public Administration; International Relations; Public Management; Management Science; Human Resource Management; Management Information Systems; Office Management; Labor Relations; Project Management.
Diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions must undergo recognition procedures in accordance with the current regulations of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
2.2.2. Regarding foreign language proficiency:Possess foreign language proficiency (English, Russian, French, German, Chinese) at level 3 or higher according to the 6-level Foreign Language Proficiency Framework for Vietnam.
Applicants who are foreign citizens must have a Vietnamese language proficiency level of 4 or higher according to the Vietnamese Language Proficiency Framework for Foreigners, or have graduated from a university (or equivalent qualification or higher) where the training program was taught in Vietnamese.
2.2.3. Other conditions:- Having a clean personal record and no prior criminal prosecution;
- Having sufficient health to study;
- Meet other requirements of VNU.

4. Application procedures
4.1. Online registration for candidates applying to take the exam.- Registration period:
from September 3, 2025 to September 30, 2025- Candidates can register online at the following address:

4.2. Submit your application directly to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with the following details:- The list of documents to be submitted to the School includes:
+ Application form (printed from the online registration portal and fully signed)
+ Copy of Citizen Identity Card (required for declaring candidate and student management data according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training).
+ A self-written resume with confirmation from the agency or local government managing the applicant.
+ A certified copy of your university diploma.
+ Certified copy of the diploma certificate issued by the Department of Quality Management, Ministry of Education and Training (for candidates with diplomas issued by foreign educational institutions).
+ Certified copy of university transcript.
+ Certified copy of proof of foreign language proficiency.
+ Certified copies of scientific research papers and certificates of scientific research achievements (if any). For scientific research papers, the copies must fully show the cover page, table of contents, and the content of the candidate's published work.
* Requirements when submitting an application:
- The application documents must be prepared by the candidate themselves, in accordance with the requirements in the Admission Announcement.
- Application documents must be placed in a document folder (paper bag), with the following information clearly written on the outside: Candidate's full name; Examination registration code (issued after successful online registration); Postgraduate application for the second round of 2025.
