Announcement of enrollment for training course on Electronic Document Management and Archiving and Protection of State Secrets.

To meet the requirements for updating the amended Archives Law and to enhance knowledge of electronic document management and archiving, and to organize the implementation of state secret protection in agencies and enterprises, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi (VNU-USSH) announces the recruitment of participants for the following training courses:
1. Course content
- Training on Electronic Document Management and Archiving (updated with the amended Archives Law of 2024)
- Training on protecting state secrets
 2. Time and format of study
- Expected start date: September 19, 2025
- Class times: Morning from 7:45 AM to 11:30 AM, afternoon from 2 PM to 5 PM
- Learning format: Online via Zoom Meeting application
3. Registration documents
- One course registration form (according to the template).
- One notarized copy of your national identity card/citizen identification card
- One 4x6 size portrait photo (attach to the form).
4. Type of diploma awarded:
Upon successful completion of the training course and fulfillment of all course requirements, trainees will be awarded a certificate by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
5. Tuition fees
- Training Course on Electronic Document Management and Archiving: 1,800,000 VND/student
- Training course on protecting state secrets: 1,200,000 VND/student.
