Work schedule at the beginning of the course for students of cohort QH-2025-X

To carry out the tasks for welcoming new students of cohort K70 and organizing the "Student Orientation Week," the University announces the schedule of initial coursework for students of cohort QH-2025-X to the Faculties/Institutes for implementation as follows:
1. Student Integration Week
- Time:From August 27, 2025 to September 7, 2025(Morning: 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM; Afternoon: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).
- Location:Auditorium on the 8th floor of building E.

2. Medical check-ups for students
- Time:From August 27, 2025 to August 30, 2024(Morning: 8:00 AM to 11:30 AM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM)
- Location:Lecture halls on the first floor of building G
- Examination fees must be paid directly at the health check-up registration desk.
+ Students of cohort K70: 220,000 VND/student.
+ Students from specialized high schools: 200,000 VND/student.
- Each student should prepare two 4x6 photos to attach to their health check-up form.
- The time allocated for health check-ups for each unit is as follows:

- Location:Traditional room on the 2nd floor of building E
- The time allocated for visiting the traditional exhibition room for each unit is as follows:

4. Students are organized into course classes.
- Presiding officers: Representatives from the Faculty Leadership Board, Academic Advisors of Class K70, Representatives from the Executive Committee of the Student Union and Student Association of the training units.
- Content: Learn about the organization of the faculty/institute, nominate and elect class representatives, temporary student union/association, learn about the training program of the major, receive training program advice, and receive the timetable for the first semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.
- The specific locations for each field of study are as follows:
