Announcement regarding the organization of the VNU Olympic Examination in Literature and History for the academic year 2025-2026

1. General Information
- Exam schedule:Morning of October 25, 2025 (Saturday).
- Examination venue: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
- Exam subjects: Literature, History.
- Examination content: within the scope of the general education curriculum issued by the Ministry of Education and Training and the teaching content of specialized subjects in specialized high schools as guided by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Announcement regarding the organization of the VNU Olympic exams in Literature and History for the academic year 2025-2026.
2. Eligibility and conditions for participation
High school students from across the country are nominated by their respective high schools to participate in the competition. The number of contestants per team is as follows:
+ High schools affiliated with Vietnam National University, Hanoi are allowed to send no more than 30 members per team for each subject.
+ Specialized high schools may have no more than 10 members per team for each subject.
+ Other high schools: no more than 5 members per team for each subject.
3. Application documents and registration deadlines.
*Application documents for the exam:
- The list of candidates must be certified by the Principal of the high school (according to the template in Appendix 1).
* Registration form and deadline: High schools must submit their application forms to the Examination Board of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities before October 10, 2025, at the following address:
Training & Career Guidance Department (Admissions and Career Guidance Office), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi (please also send a soft copy of Appendix 1 (with the Rector's seal of confirmation), and one Word file of Appendix 1 to the following email address:tuyensinh@ussh.edu.vn.
4. Examination fee:1,000,000 VND (One million Vietnamese Dong) per student.
5. Method of fee payment
Schools sending students to take the exam should transfer the funds through their respective schools (individual students should not transfer funds personally) to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with the following information:
- Account number: 1003646101 at Saigon - Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi branch.

- Deadline for paying registration fees:Before 5:00 PM on October 10, 2025.
6. Organizing the reception of delegations
During the examination period, the Examination Board of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will host a reception for teachers representing high schools whose students are participating in the exam at room 304, building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
