Notice on the organization of VNU Olympic exams in Literature and History for the 2025 - 2026 school year

1. General information
- Exam time:Morning of October 25, 2025 (Saturday).
- Exam location: University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
- Subjects: Literature, History.
- Exam content: within the scope of the General Education Program issued by the Ministry of Education and Training and the teaching content of specialized subjects in specialized high schools as guided by the Ministry of Education and Training.

2. Contest subjects and conditions
High school students nationwide are sent by high schools to compete. Number of contestants per team:
+ High schools of VNU are allowed to send no more than 30 members/team for each exam subject.
+ Specialized high schools have no more than 10 members/team for each exam subject.
+ Other High Schools: no more than 5 members/team for each exam subject.
3. Application form and registration deadline
*Application form:
- List of candidates confirmed by the High School Principal (according to the form in Appendix 1).
* Registration form and deadline: High schools must send their registration documents before October 10, 2025 to the Examination Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities at the following address:
Training & Career Department (Admission and Career Guidance Office), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi (and send a soft copy of Appendix 1 (with the Principal's confirmation stamp), 01 word file of Appendix 1 via email address:tuyensinh@ussh.edu.vn).
4. Exam fee:1,000,000 VND (One million VND)/1 student.
5. Form of fee payment
Schools sending students to take the exam transfer money according to the school unit (individual students do not transfer money individually) to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with the following information:
- Account number: 1003646101 at Saigon - Hanoi Bank (SHB), Nguyen Trai Transaction Office, Tay Hanoi branch,
- Beneficiary: University of Social Sciences and Humanities

- Deadline for transferring registration fee:Before 5:00 p.m. on October 10, 2025.
6. Organization of reception of delegations
During the exam period, the Examination Council of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities will welcome teachers representing high schools with students participating in the exam at room 304, building E, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, 336 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
Time: 7:00-11:00 on October 25, 2025
