II. Candidates should note the documents required for admission:1. University admission notice: 01 original (receive at the Admission Office)
2. High school diploma: 01 notarized copy (for students who graduated from high school before 2024)
3. Certificate of high school exam results in 2025: 01 notarized copy.
4. Temporary high school graduation certificate in 2025 for students graduating from high school in 2025: 01 notarized copy.
5. Proof of winning the prize along with the decision to recognize the winning candidate, HSA exam result certificate, SAT certificate, international language certificate, certificate of severe disability: 01 notarized copy (candidate must bring the original for comparison).
6. Candidates in category 01, area 01: 01 certificate of residence information (certificate clearly stating residence period).
7. High school transcript: 01 notarized copy
8. Birth certificate: 01 notarized copy
9. CV certified by the People's Committee of the commune or ward: 01 copy
10. CCCD: 02 notarized copies, for students who lose their CCCD card, they can print the card from VNeID software
11. Tuition and fees are stated in the Student Acceptance Letter (if paid in cash)
12. Health insurance: 01 photocopy
13. Photo: 02 4 x 6 photos: write full name and citizen identification number on the back of the photo, put in an envelope.
