II. Candidates should note the following documents required for enrollment:1. University Admission Notice: 1 original copy (available at the Admissions Office)
2. High school diploma: 01 notarized copy (for students who graduated from high school in 2024 or earlier)
3. Certificate of results for the 2025 high school graduation exam: 1 notarized copy.
4. Temporary High School Graduation Certificate for 2025 for students graduating from high school in 2025: 01 notarized copy.
5. Proof of award, including the decision recognizing the award-winning candidate, HSA exam results certificate, SAT certificate, international language certificate, and certificate of severe disability: 01 notarized copy (candidates must bring the original for verification).
6. Candidates belonging to category 01, area 01: 01 certificate of residence information (the certificate must clearly state the period of residence).
7. High school transcript: 1 notarized copy
8. Birth certificate: 1 notarized copy
9. Curriculum vitae certified by the People's Committee of the commune/ward: 1 copy
10. Citizen Identification Card (CCCD): 2 notarized copies. Students who have lost their CCCD card can print a new one using the VNeID software.
11. Tuition and fees are stated in the Student Acceptance Certificate (if paying in cash).
12. Health insurance card: 1 photocopy
13. Photos: Two 4 x 6 cm photos: Write your full name and citizen identification number on the back of each photo, and place them in an envelope.
