1.4. Direct admission application and deadline and fee for submitting direct admission application a) Direct admission profile:- Application form for direct admission (according to the form of the Ministry of Education and Training); - Photocopy (notarized) of certificate of being a member of the national team participating in the International Olympic competition; certificate of winning the national high school competition for excellent students. - High school graduation certificate in 2012; - Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's contact address and phone number clearly written on them; - Two 4 x 6 portrait photos.b) Time for submitting application: Before June 20, 2012, candidates send their application for direct admission to the Department of Education and Training.c) Direct admission fee: 15,000 VND/candidate/application.
2.1. Priority admission subjects: Candidates do not use the right to direct admission if they register to take the university entrance exam with enough subjects according to the general exam, have exam results from the university floor score or higher and do not have any subject with a score of 0.2.2. 2.4. Procedures and deadline for submitting applicationpriority admissiona) Priority admission profile: - Application form for priority admission (according to the form of the Ministry of Education and Training); - Photocopy (notarized) of certificate of winning the national high school excellent student competition.b) Deadline for submitting priority admission application: - From March 15 to April 16, 2012: Candidates submit priority admission application along with university and college entrance exam application at local application collection units. - From April 17 to 5:00 p.m. on April 23, 2012: Candidates submit directly at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (room 604B, building E, 336 Nguyen Trai, Hanoi).
3.1. Admission objects: Candidates who are ethnic minorities, candidates who have had permanent residence for 3 years or more, as of the date of application submission in poor districts as prescribed in Resolution No. 30a/2008/NQ-CP dated December 27, 2008 of the Government, if they have studied the last 3 years of high school and graduated from high school in these districts, can register for admission.3.2. Admission requirementsCandidates must have achieved good or higher academic performance in grades 10, 11 and 12 and a high school graduation grade of good or higher.3.3. Admission criteria:

In case candidates register more than the announced quota, the School will consider the average score of grade 12 of the subjects: Literature, History, Geography, Mathematics and take from the highest score until the quota is full.3.4. 4.1. Admission objects: Candidates with severe disabilities who are unable to perform daily personal activities, have graduated from high school and have been certified by the Medical Examination Council or a hospital at the provincial or central city level or higher regarding their health status. The school does not have a training program for candidates who are visually or hearing impaired.4.2 Application documents: - Application form (according to the form of the Ministry of Education and Training); - Photocopy (notarized) of high school diploma/high school graduation certificate or equivalent and photocopy (notarized) of high school transcript; - Comments from the high school on the candidate's academic ability signed and stamped by the principal; - Photocopy (notarized) of certificate from the Medical Examination Council or hospital at the provincial, municipal or central level or higher on health status, clearly stating the candidate's ability to take care of daily personal needs and the original for checking (the original will be returned after checking the application); - Two stamped envelopes with the candidate's contact address and phone number clearly written on them; - Two 4 x 6 portrait photos.4.3.
