On the afternoon of December 5, 2012, 40 certificates and 22 diplomas were awarded to students at the closing ceremony of the short-term course on Religion and Rule of Law, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
On the afternoon of December 5, 2012, 40 certificates and 22 diplomas were awarded to students at the closing ceremony of the short-term course on Religion and Rule of Law, at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.Speaking at the closing ceremony of the course, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim, Vice Principal of the school, affirmed the five successes of the course. These are: the organization is strict and serious; the curriculum of the course has high professional quality; the course attracts leading domestic and international experts to teach; the students of the course are highly qualified, coming from many ministries, branches, localities across the country, many fields of management, practice, and research; the students achieved high results after the course, as expected by the school and the Organizing Committee. On behalf of the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the school, Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim expressed his gratitude to the domestic and international lecturers, the organizing committee, and relevant agencies for creating conditions for the course to be successfully organized. The Vice Principal hopes that the cooperation between scientific agencies will develop sustainably for the scientific goal and for the spirit of integration of Vietnam with the domestic and international academic environment. The short-term course on Religion and the Rule of Law was jointly organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – VNU, in collaboration with Brigham Young University (USA), and the Institute for Global Engagement (USA). During the 8-day course, which took place continuously from November 26, 2012, the course participants listened to 8 topics from leading experts on religion and the rule of law. Each topic had lively discussions and exchanges with a total of nearly 100 exchanges.
