Opportunities for collaboration with universities in Taipei.

On December 11, 2012, Associate Professor Pham Quang Minh, Vice Rector of the University, met and worked with Mr. Quach Phung Dieu, Head of the Science Department, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office.During the meeting, leaders from both sides discussed and exchanged views on the possibility of cooperation between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi and universities in Taiwan in the field of scientific research. In particular, both sides expressed great interest and hope that in the future, some Taiwanese universities offering Information and Library Science programs would cooperate with the Information and Library Science Faculty of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in training and research. In addition, the two sides will jointly organize workshops and seminars on Vietnamese-Taiwanese social research... Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh thanked Mr. Quach Phung Dieu for taking the time to visit and work with the University and hoped that the two sides would soon have concrete cooperation activities.
