The program also had the presence of representatives of units under VNU such as the Student Affairs Political Department, VNU Library Information Center, Student Support Center, Student Support Center. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh - Principal of the School - affirmed that the purpose of the program is to clarify the requirements and difficulties of students. At the same time, through dialogue, the School hopes that students will have a full, deep, and comprehensive understanding of the current situation and conditions of the school. In the first part of the program, representatives of the departments took turns answering questions sent by students in advance. In particular, student affairs and training were the issues that received the most questions. In response to students' questions about the difficulty of registering for courses in the past time, MSc. Dinh Viet Hai - Deputy Head of the Training Department - confirmed that this was a real problem. These difficulties stemmed from the overload of the course registration server system operated by the Center for IT Applications, VNU. MSc. Dinh Viet Hai also added that the overload only occurred after the first 6 hours of the course registration period. Mr. Hai also pointed out many incorrect understandings of students about the reasons leading to difficulties in registering for courses. During the course registration process, the Training Department coordinated with the Center for IT Applications, VNU to monitor the situation in order to propose timely solutions to improve the situation. Upgrading the course registration server system is part of the general plan of VNU. Students' opinions related to the use of the library were answered by the Deputy Director of the Library Information Center - VNU. The center's representative also confirmed some shortcomings in the late return of student cards and had taken measures to overcome them. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities also made some suggestions to the Center for Information and Communications - VNU about changing the time of taking photos and improving the quality of photos for making student cards. At the same time, the University also agreed with the students' proposal that there should be no annual fee for renewing library student cards. In response to students' questions about accommodation needs, the desire to stay in a dormitory, and the need to use health insurance for medical examination and treatment, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Trung Kien - Director of the Student Support Center explained quite frankly and clearly. He affirmed that the Center will upgrade the quality of care services for students at the Me Tri dormitory medical station. By 2015, 40-50% of VNU students will have accommodation and the VNU Hospital will also be in operation. In response to the complaints about the quality of light and sound in some classrooms, Head of the General Administration Department, Mr. Dang Ngoc Trai, said that he had reviewed and inspected and would add or maintain equipment in the above classrooms. However, Mr. Trai also reminded students to pay attention to preserving and using the equipment more properly, avoiding unexpected damage. Students' questions about the Youth Union - Student Association were explained by Mr. Trinh Minh Thai - Secretary of the School Youth Union at the end of the program. At the end of the program, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Khanh thanked the students for their contributions and the enthusiastic participation of units inside and outside the school. However, many issues raised by students showed that they had not yet actively studied the provided documents. The Principal Professor suggested that students need to be more proactive, and that the Youth Union - Association officers and units in the school need to pay more attention and be more active in disseminating to students the documents and regulations that the School has disseminated.
