In particular, both sides agreed to consider possibilities for cooperation in graduate student exchange programs (1+1) and bilateral student exchanges. In the future, they may also collaborate on organizing seminars or conducting joint academic research in areas such as climate change, flood and disaster prevention, and research on the socio-economic situation between Vietnam and Taiwan.
