[Photo series] Some activities of the project to enhance research and innovation capacity for Vietnamese universities

From October 3-5, 2016, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities is the first university in Vietnam to host a series of training courses and conferences within the framework of the project to enhance research and innovation capacity for universities in Vietnam funded by the European Commission.

The project involves 6 Vietnamese universities, including: University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU), University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Ho Chi Minh City, Thai Nguyen University, University of Agriculture and Forestry (Hue), Can Tho University, An Giang University, together with the Ministry of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education and Training. Foreign partners participating in this project are University of Alicante (Spain), Glasgow Caledonian University (Scotland), and Technical University of Slovakia (Slovakia).

The project lasts for 36 months with 07 specific activity packages with activities to research and evaluate the current status of research and innovation activities in Vietnam, providing solutions to support Vietnamese universities to improve their capacity for innovation, research and transfer of science, technology and knowledge. The training course is attended by scientists and managers from universities and units participating in the Project.
