VNU Hanoi Trade Union Football Tournament 2017: FC Social Sciences and Humanities wins third place.

At the end of the 2017 season, the staff football team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities excellently won third place.

In addition to the overall team award, the school's football team also won the top scorer award with 5 goals scored by player Ngo Tuan Thang, a union member of the International Studies Faculty's Trade Union.

Outperforming over 10 teams from the National University, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities only bowed out in the semi-finals against the University of Natural Sciences – a match widely considered an "early final" of the season.

The staff football team of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities consists of 30 members, all union members from various departments and faculties within the university.

Besides the football club, the school's leadership and staff are always interested in developing sports activities with many other clubs such as badminton, table tennis, tennis, etc.
