Innovating trade union professional training
Also as part of the 2018 "Back to the Roots" journey, the School's Trade Union organized a training course on professional skills for trade union work. Upholding the spirit of the Resolution of the 30th Congress of the School's Trade Union, "Innovation - Democracy - Unity - Responsibility," the training program was dramatized into a question-and-answer competition with elements of surprise and excitement.

The trade union officials enthusiastically participated in the professional skills Q&A session.
The questions revolved around specific situations, closely related to trade union activities. A deep understanding of the regulations of trade union activities in general and the trade union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in particular contributes to protecting the legitimate rights and obligations of workers, promoting high efficiency in trade union activities at all levels, and building an increasingly strong trade union organization. The training program had a lively, engaging, and youthful atmosphere, attracting enthusiastic exchange and discussion among union members.

The entire group of union officials and members participated in the training program on trade union work skills.
