Dr. Anke Stahl provided extensive information on DAAD's mechanisms, policies, and regulations regarding funding for scientific activities, scholarships, and faculty and student exchanges. Representatives from the DAAD Foundation stated that they would provide maximum support to the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in promoting cooperation programs with universities in the Federal Republic of Germany, as well as advising and providing feedback to the University on related issues.
Leaders from both sides expressed particular interest in developing plans and effective implementation methods for cooperation programs between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and its partners in the Federal Republic of Germany. The University currently has excellent cooperative relationships with the Friedrich-Elbert Stiftung Foundation, the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung Foundation, the Rosa Lucxemburg Foundation, the Munich University of Applied Sciences, and others. With the support of these partners, the University has successfully organized many major international conferences and implemented important research projects on education policy, policy planning, religion, etc., in Vietnam.
Dr. Anke Stahl also suggested that the University should promote the development of short-term and long-term training programs, emphasizing multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary fields of social sciences and humanities, with attractive research topics, using English as the language of instruction to attract German and international students to study at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
