[Video] Conference to study, understand and implement the Central Committee's Resolution VII

In accordance with the plan of the Hanoi City Party Committee and the Party Committee of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, on the morning of September 28, 2013, the Party Committee of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, the Party Committee of the University of Science and Technology, and the Party Branch of the Center for Security and National Defense Education, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, jointly organized a conference to study, understand, and implement the conclusions of the 7th Central Committee Resolution, 11th Congress of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
