During this trip, the Rector also held a working meeting at Wenzao University of Foreign Languages. Leaders from both universities discussed the operational plan of the Taiwan Education Center in Hanoi for 2015 and anticipated cooperation programs for student and faculty exchange between the two universities in the upcoming academic year.

Following this, Professor Nguyen Van Khanh met and worked with Professor Lin Si-ling (Deputy Minister of Education of Taiwan) and Professor Chau Hanh-yi (President of National Chengchi University of Taiwan). The meeting focused on planning the Vietnam-Taiwan Education Forum, scheduled to take place in March 2015 in Hanoi. Professor Nguyen Van Khanh also proposed several specific cooperation programs between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and Taiwanese universities, such as organizing scientific conferences, and exchanging undergraduate and postgraduate faculty and students in the coming years.

The Rector's working visit to Taiwan yielded positive results, with the proposals from the delegation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities receiving support from the Taiwanese Ministry of Education and partner universities.
