During the training program, class, youth union, and student association leaders received additional knowledge to enhance their skills in youth union and student association affairs; skills in organizing collective activities; and opportunities for exchange and interaction among leaders of different sub-branches of youth unions and student associations to improve understanding, solidarity, and mutual support. Furthermore, useful tips on behavior and organizing collective activities were vividly shared by the instructors – veteran leaders – through interesting stories.

Subsequently, on December 21, 2014, at the Auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E, class, youth union, and student association officers participated in a training session on organizational work and school etiquette.
The presentations and professional exchanges at the training session were given by Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Lan, Assoc. Training for Class, Youth Union, and Association leaders not only supplements the knowledge and skills of youth leaders but also helps to cultivate pride in their organizations, thereby motivating leaders to develop their abilities, spirit, and responsibility.
Through these training sessions, the School and the Youth Union - Student Association can directly convey policies and guidelines to class leaders, Youth Union and Student Association officials; at the same time, they can understand the thoughts and aspirations of the union members and students, thereby organizing many useful and interesting activities for students, further enhancing the quality and effectiveness of these activities.
