Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim, Vice Rector of the University, delivered the opening remarks for the program.

The purpose of the program is to clarify the requirements and difficulties of students, and at the same time, through dialogue, the school hopes that students will gain a full, in-depth, and comprehensive understanding of the current situation and conditions of the school.

Attending the program were the School's Board of Directors, leaders of functional units and departments, heads of faculties and departments, training assistants, student affairs assistants, academic advisors, and members of the Standing Committee of the Youth Union and Student Association.

The program also included representatives from various units of VNU, such as: the Political and Student Affairs Department; the VNU Information and Library Center; and the Student Support Center.

This year's student dialogue attracted over 100 questions from students, a decrease of 24 questions compared to last year. The departments that received the most questions from students this year were still those closely involved in student activities, such as: the Training Department with 27 questions; the General Administration Department with 26 questions; and the Student Affairs and Political Affairs Department with 16 questions.

Mr. Dinh Viet Hai, representing the School's Training Department, answered students' questions.

After nearly four hours, more than 100 student opinions were directly addressed by the school's administration, departments, and relevant ministries. Many student suggestions were also approved by the Rector, who instructed the relevant departments to research and implement them.

However, this year, a problem raised by students shows that they have not yet proactively studied the provided documents thoroughly. The School's Board of Directors suggests that students need to be more proactive, and that Youth Union and Student Association officials and other units within the school need to pay more attention and be more active in disseminating the documents and regulations that the school has provided to students.

Dr. Nguyen Thi Tuyet, representative of the Political and Student Affairs Department of Vietnam National University, Hanoi, answered students' questions.

The dialogue between the university leadership and students is a regular annual activity of significant importance in training and training support. It serves as a forum for students, faculty, functional departments, and university management to share information and understand each other. The dialogue has yielded practical results in guiding the development and growth of the university.
