With the combined strength of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - a training institution with a long tradition and leading in Vietnam in creating and disseminating knowledge in the fields of social sciences and humanities, Busan University of Foreign Studies - one of the most prestigious universities in Korea in the field of Korean language teaching,Sejong Korean Language Center Hanoiis aiming for international standards in the field of Korean language and culture training. III. Training program

1. Structure of the training programThrough the cooperation program between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) and Busan University of Foreign Studies,Sejong Korean Language Center HanoiIntroduce to students the Korean language training program according to Korean national standards. The training program includes 6 levels: ElementaryLevel I, Elementary II, Intermediate I, Intermediate II, Advanced I and Advanced IIAfter attending all levels of study at the center, students can use Korean fluently and are confident enough to work in organizations and units related to Korea or continue studying at famous universities in Korea.2. Characteristics of the Korean language training program at the CenterStudents will learn Korean quickly and effectively with the modern curriculum of Busan University of Foreign Studies. Accordingly, Korean courses are all aimed at practical purposes, with special emphasis on communication skills.
  • Closely combine theory and practice in class and self-study at home in a systematic and methodical manner; focus on fun and engaging activities in class such as language games, drama, music, watching movies, etc.
  • The entire program, curriculum, exam questions, grading and certificates after each level for students at Sejong Korean Language Center Hanoi are all undertaken by Busan University of Foreign Studies.
  • The lecturers appointed to teach at the center are Korean language experts from Busan University of Foreign Studies. Along with good Korean language experts, modern learning facilities will create the best environment for practicing Korean.
  • After each level, students will receive a Certificate issued by the President of Busan University of Foreign Studies.
  • Students who achieve excellent academic results after each level will be awarded a scholarship of 50% of the tuition fee of the next course. If they graduate with excellent results, they will be awarded a scholarship by Busan University of Foreign Studies to continue studying at Busan University of Foreign Studies. With the course graduation certificate, students can work in Korean companies in Vietnam or study abroad at universities in Korea.
3. Training courses 3.1. Korean Concentration
  • Target:Korean language training course for studying abroad is for all high school graduates who plan to study abroad in Korea after learning Korean.
  • CourseThere are 6 levels, each level lasts 8 weeks (120 hours), 5 sessions per week, 3 hours per session.
  • Class:Students can choose from morning, afternoon or evening classes. Morning classes are from 8:00 to 11:00, afternoon classes from 14:00 to 17:00, evening classes from 17:50 to 20:30.
  • Tuition:3,500,000 VND

3.2. Semi-intensive Korean
  • Target:Korean communication training course is for all high school graduates who want to learn Korean communication to use in real life in Korea.
  • CourseThere are 12 levels, each level lasts 8 weeks (72 hours), 3 sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), each session is 3 hours.
  • Class:Students can choose from morning, afternoon or evening classes. Morning classes are from 8:00 to 10:00, afternoon classes from 14:00 to 16:00, evening classes from 17:50 to 20:30.
  • Tuition:2,200,000 VND

3.3. Korean entrustment Delegation trainingaccording to the schedule and level of study, meeting the needs of Vietnamese government agencies, high schools, businesses..., in areas such as Korean language and culture.
