III. Training Program
1. Structure of the training programThrough a collaborative program between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi) and Busan University of Foreign Studies,
Sejong Korean Language Center HanoiThis introduces students to a Korean language training program based on Korean national standards. The training program consists of 6 levels: Beginner
Level I, Elementary Level II, Intermediate Level I, Intermediate Level II, Advanced Level I, and Advanced Level IIAfter completing all levels of study at the center, students can use Korean fluently and confidently enough to work in organizations or units related to Korea, or to continue their studies at prestigious Korean universities.
2. Characteristics of the Korean language training program at the CenterStudents will learn Korean quickly and effectively with the modern curriculum of Busan University of Foreign Studies. Accordingly, the Korean language courses are all geared towards practical purposes, with a particular emphasis on communication skills.
- The curriculum closely integrates theoretical learning, classroom practice, and systematic self-study at home; it emphasizes engaging and fun activities in the classroom such as language games, role-playing, music, and movie watching.
- The entire program, curriculum, exams, grading, and certificates awarded to students at the Sejong Korean Language Center in Hanoi are handled by Busan University of Foreign Studies.
- The instructors appointed to teach at the center are experts in the Korean language from Busan University of Foreign Studies. Along with skilled Korean language experts, modern learning facilities will create the best environment for practicing Korean.
- After completing each level of study, students will receive a Certificate issued by the President of Busan University of Foreign Studies.
- Students who achieve excellent academic results after each level will be awarded a scholarship covering 50% of the tuition fee for the next course. Those who graduate with excellent grades will receive a scholarship from Busan University of Foreign Studies to continue their studies at Busan University of Foreign Studies. With a certificate of completion, students can work for Korean companies in Vietnam or pursue further studies at universities in Korea.
3. Training courses
3.1. Korean language focus
- Target:This Korean language training course for studying abroad is for all high school graduates who plan to study in South Korea after learning Korean.
- CourseIt consists of 6 levels, each lasting 8 weeks (120 hours), with 5 sessions per week, each session lasting 3 hours.
- Class:Students can choose morning, afternoon, or evening classes. Morning classes are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM, afternoon classes from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM, and evening classes from 5:50 PM to 8:30 PM.
- Tuition:3,500,000 VND

3.2. Semi-intensive Korean language course
- Target:This Korean conversational training course is for all high school graduates who want to learn conversational Korean for use in real-life situations in Korea.
- CourseIt consists of 12 levels, each lasting 8 weeks (72 hours), with 3 sessions per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday or Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), each session lasting 3 hours.
- Class:Students can choose morning, afternoon, or evening classes. Morning classes are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, afternoon classes from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and evening classes from 5:50 PM to 8:30 PM.

3.3. Korean language services provided by a representative
Delegation trainingAccording to the schedule and grade level, the program meets the needs of Vietnamese government agencies, high schools, businesses, etc., in areas such as Korean language and culture.
