Conference on Legal Dissemination and Review of Inspection and Legal Affairs Work in 2019

At the beginning of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy (Head of the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department) presented the draft report summarizing the inspection and legal affairs work in 2019. After hearing the report, the delegates offered many practical suggestions for the school's inspection and legal affairs work.

The delegates unanimously agreed that, under the direction of the Party Committee and the School's Board of Directors, and in coordination with other units, the Internal Inspection and Supervision Department has proactively, seriously, and effectively carried out internal inspections and supervision in all aspects of its operations. In 2019, the Internal Inspection and Supervision Department collaborated with the Training Department and relevant units to inspect the management of training at all levels and systems within the School, while also strengthening supervision of the implementation of labor discipline among staff, faculty, and employees. The School highly appreciates the spirit of collaboration, connection, and sharing between the Internal Inspection and Supervision Department and other units in 2019.

In the second part, the Conference listened to presentations from representatives of the Planning and Finance Department, the Organization and Personnel Department, and the Inspection and Legal Affairs Department on newly issued and draft documents in 2019 concerning the fields of planning and finance, organization and personnel, and inspection and legal affairs. Conference participants discussed, exchanged ideas, and contributed many insightful and practical opinions. The presenters also answered questions from attendees regarding the documents disseminated at the Conference.

Concluding the conference, Professor Nguyen Van Kim highly appreciated the spirit of collaboration and connection between units in 2019 and emphasized that in the coming time, the task of inspection and legal affairs in particular and of the University in general is to build on the achievements, overcome limitations, and move towards a comprehensively and sustainably developed university.
