Conference on Dissemination of Law and Summary of Inspection and Legal Work in 2019

At the beginning of the Conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Thuy (Head of the Department of Inspection and Legal Affairs) presented the draft Summary Report on Inspection and Legal Affairs in 2019. After listening to the report, the delegates attending the meeting had many practical comments on the inspection and legal affairs work of the School.

The delegates agreed: under the direction of the Party Committee, the School Board of Directors and the coordination of the units, the Department of Training and Education has carried out internal inspection and supervision on all aspects of activities proactively, seriously and effectively. In 2019, the Department of Training and Education coordinated with the Training Department and related units to inspect the training management work of all levels and systems in the School, and at the same time, strengthened the supervision of the implementation of labor discipline of cadres, civil servants and employees. The school highly appreciated the spirit of communication, connection and sharing between the Department of Training and Education and the units in 2019.

In the second part, the Conference listened to representatives of the Planning - Finance Department, the Organization - Personnel Department, the Information and Communications Department present newly issued documents and draft documents in 2019 on the fields of: planning - finance, organization - personnel, inspection - law. Conference delegates discussed, exchanged and contributed many profound and practical opinions. The reporters also answered questions from the delegates about the documents disseminated at the Conference.

At the end of the Conference, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Van Kim highly appreciated the spirit of connection and communication between units in 2019 and emphasized: in the coming time, the task of inspection and legal work in particular and of the University in general is to promote the achieved results, overcome limitations to move towards comprehensive and sustainable university development.
