The Executive Committee of the Youth Union of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (VNU Hanoi) issues this.Guidelines for some organizational activities of the Youth Union in the 2008-2009 school year.with the following main contents:

1. Establish K53 branches
2. Organizing the Youth Union branch congress for the 2008-2009 term.
3. Separate and establish new branches.
4. Organize a mid-term review conference on the work of the Youth Union and the Student Association movement for the 2007-2009 term.
