In its work, the Party Cell is always aware of preserving and protecting the Party's political and ideological viewpoints, firmly upholding Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought, and having a firm political and ideological stance. The Party Cell always implements the principle of democratic centralism.
Political and ideological education for students is organized according to plan, and is associated with specific activities, integrating into research activities topics related to political and ideological issues, fostering a solid political ideology for the young generation, combined with extracurricular activities such as internships, practice, culture and arts, sports, etc. The Party building work has always been focused on, cared for and maintained regularly by the Party Cell. During the last term, the Party Cell admitted 8 new Party members. In particular, in 2024, the Party Cell admitted 07 Party members, including 01 teacher and 06 students. As of March 2025, 01 outstanding mass who is a teacher has had a decision to approve admission to the Party, 13 outstanding masses (including 04 teachers and 09 students) are in the process of being assigned Party members by the Party Cell to help, train and prepare for the work of admitting new Party members.
In leading professional work, the Party Cell has directed the staff and teachers of the School to always strive, overcome all difficulties to achieve high achievements in research, teaching and learning.
The Party Cell has led and directed the Professional Groups to focus on combining comprehensive training, specialized training and training for development.
In the high school graduation exam, the school is always in the leading position in Hanoi city in strong subjects and achieves high results in excellent student exams at all levels. The Party cell always directs staff and teachers to promote the spirit of scientific research of a specialized high school within a university. Staff, teachers and students of the school regularly exchange academic knowledge and participate in scientific seminars and scientific discussions related to social sciences organized by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and high schools and universities in and outside the country.
The Party cell has led and directed the school's trade union to always pay attention to and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. Union activities and youth movements are always given attention and focus, in order to create an effective and practical learning and training environment.
