During the 2022-2025 term, Party Cell III of the School Board with 21 Party members working in units such as the Department of Personnel Organization, Department of Foreign Affairs and Magazine, Department of Inspection and Legal Affairs, Office of the School Council and other organizations, has demonstrated a comprehensive leadership role in many aspects of work. Under the close leadership and direction of the Party Committee and the School's leadership, the Party Cell has always maintained a spirit of solidarity and responsibility, working together to achieve common goals.
The Party Cell has always identified political and ideological work as the top priority. All Party members have voluntarily studied the Party's resolutions, especially the Resolution on strengthening Party building and rectification, preventing ideological, moral and lifestyle degradation. The Party Cell also focuses on listening to Party members' opinions and strictly maintaining the Party Cell's operating regime.
In leading professional work, the Party Cell has concretized the Resolution of the 28th Party Congress of the School into specific resolutions and action plans, disseminated to each Party member. Thanks to that, the functional departments of the Board of Directors III have proactively deployed staff work and managed professional activities in accordance with the School's plan. The Party Cell regularly meets to evaluate monthly work results and has close supervision from the Party Cell on the Heads of units.

Outstanding results of Party Cell II in the 2022-2025 term:In the work of organizing cadres, the Party Cell has led the functional Department to review and adjust internal management documents, strictly implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017 of the 12th Party Central Committee on streamlining the organizational apparatus in the direction of streamlining, strength, efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency. Recently, the School has restructured, reduced 12 units under the School, equivalent to 29.3%, arranged and transferred personnel to suit new functions and tasks. The work of planning cadres and perfecting leadership and management personnel at all levels has been implemented in accordance with regulations, especially the establishment of the School Council. The Party Cell also directed the functional Department to do a good job in developing the team, increasing the percentage of lecturers with doctoral degrees to 81% and the percentage of professors and associate professors to 20.4%, exceeding the target and much higher than the general level. Notably, in 2024, the School attracted 12 staff with doctoral degrees, including 3 Associate Professors.
Regarding the work of Cooperation and Development (now the Department of Foreign Affairs and Magazine), the Party Cell has directed the functional Departments to perform their tasks well, maintain relations with traditional partners and expand international cooperation with prestigious partners. Attracting foreign staff and students and maintaining a stable foreign teaching staff are also focused on. Cooperation with domestic localities and enterprises is also promoted. The Journal of Social Sciences and Humanities constantly maintains its quality and moves towards internationalization.

In the field of Inspection and Legal Affairs, the Party Cell has directed the innovation of internal inspection, examination and supervision, focusing on the progress of plan implementation, training discipline and labor discipline. The work of receiving people, handling petitions and preventing corruption has been carried out promptly and in accordance with the law. The school has been awarded a Certificate of Merit by the Ministry of Education and Training for its outstanding achievements in the work of checking high school exams. The work of propagating, disseminating laws and providing legal advice has also been directed and implemented effectively by the Party Cell.
The Party Cell also regularly monitors and directs the activities of the School Council Office Block and organizations, promoting the offices to fulfill their functions and tasks well. The Trade Union III of the School Board Block and the School Board Staff Union also promote their roles well.
The Party Cell pays special attention to inspection and supervision work, through meetings to review and evaluate work and assign specific tasks, contributing to limiting the backlog of work.
In Party building work, the Party Cell has ensured that information is updated to each Party member, organized effective Party cell activities, and focused on solving practical problems. The results of the Party member quality assessment show that many Party members have achieved the title of good and excellent performance. During the 2022-2025 term, Party Cell III of the School's Headquarters Block has been evaluated by the School Party Committee for many years as having excellently completed its tasks and awarded a certificate of merit. Party development work has received attention, with 03 new Party members admitted, exceeding the set target.
