Under the direct leadership and direction of the School Party Committee, the solidarity and efforts of the collective of Party members, staff, lecturers and students, the Party Cell of the Faculty of Psychology has promoted its comprehensive leadership role in all aspects of work, closely following the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022-2025, bringing the Faculty of Psychology to continue to develop strongly, contributing positively to the common cause of the School.
Political, ideological work and Party building are focused on.The Party cell always identifies political and ideological education as a key task. 100% of Party members, cadres and students seriously study and thoroughly understand the Party's Resolutions, policies and laws of the State. The principle of democratic centralism is maintained; the spirit of solidarity and unity in the Party cell and the entire unit is highly promoted. The work of Party building and rectification is carried out seriously, associated with promoting the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members. During the 2022-2025 term, the Party cell continuously achieved the title of completing its tasks well and excellently.
Develop staff and improve training qualityIdentifying human as the decisive factor, the Party Cell has led the implementation of planning, training and developing the team well. Up to now, the Party Cell has 8/19 staff members who are Associate Professors (accounting for 42.11%), 16/19 staff members are Doctors (84.21%), significantly higher than the average level of the School. Political theory and professional training are regularly focused on. In particular, the Faculty has recruited 02 new lecturers, contributing to enhancing the capacity of the Department of Clinical Psychology in particular and the Faculty of Psychology in general.
Training quality continues to be affirmed. The Faculty maintains the entrance score at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, always being among the group with the highest entrance score in the school. The work of updating and adjusting the training program (CTDT) is focused on, typically the successful accreditation of the CTDT according to AUN standards in 2023. The Faculty has compiled and accepted 03 textbooks, 01 lecture, published 01 university textbook, enriching the learning resources. Diverse types of training (full-time, part-time, 2nd degree, short-term, ...) are strictly and effectively managed, meeting social needs.
Scientific research and international cooperation have many improvements.Scientific research activities have made great strides. From 2022 to present, the Faculty's staff has published 90 articles in prestigious domestic and foreign journals, including 25 articles in the ISI/Scopus index, 02 monographs, 03 international book chapters (exceeding the target in terms of the number of articles and international publications). The Faculty has successfully organized 01 international scientific conference. The student scientific research movement has developed strongly, winning many awards at the School, Ministry, and VNU levels, which is a bright spot in the student scientific research movement of the University.
International cooperation is maintained and expanded, especially the effective cooperative relationship with the University of Gdansk (Poland) through the research, expert and student exchange project from 2022 to present.
Ensuring resources and group activitiesThe Party cell has effectively led the implementation of public and transparent financial management and effective use of facilities. The renovation of facilities has been focused on, contributing to improving the working and learning environment. The activities of mass organizations such as the Trade Union and the Youth Union have been given attention, contributing to caring for the material and spiritual life of cadres, civil servants, workers and students in general.
Looking back at the 2022-2025 term, with the wise leadership of the Party Committee and the consensus of the collective, the Party Cell of the Faculty of Psychology has completed and exceeded most of the targets set by the Congress Resolution. The achievements are a vivid demonstration of the Party's leadership role at the grassroots level, a solid foundation for the Faculty of Psychology to continue to develop in the new period, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the upcoming 29th Party Congress of the School.
