The Congress listened to the Report on the evaluation of the leadership of the Party cell in implementing the Resolution of the Party Cell Congress for the term 2022 - 2025 in all aspects of activities. The Party cell of the Faculty of Linguistics currently has 20 party members, of which 13 are cadres and 07 are students. The Party cell committee for the term 2022 - 2025 has operated stably and effectively throughout the term, together with the Faculty Board participating in the process of adjusting, perfecting and promoting the effectiveness of human resources in the Departments. The Faculty currently has 16 cadres, the proportion of lecturers with a PhD degree or higher accounts for 69%, the Faculty has 04 Associate Professors, accounting for 25%. Although these rates are still high in the School, it is clear that the work of cadres is still facing many difficulties in the future of the Faculty and the industry. All young staff with a doctorate degree or higher are assigned to teach, evaluate theses and dissertations, or provide guidance at the graduate level, or co-supervise at the doctoral level. The recruitment of doctoral students is 'exploding' but will create certain difficulties in the future.

During the 2025 - 2027 term, the Party cell agreed to well implement the targets on political and ideological work, cadre organization work, professional work, international cooperation, mass work, building a clean and strong Party cell, Party development targets... In which, the Party cell emphasized that the Party cell would review and rebalance the team of lecturers among the Departments, and propose that the University recruit more lecturers to supplement human resources. In addition, it is necessary to improve the quality of human resources for the Faculty in terms of both professional qualifications and foreign languages, ensuring that by 2025, 100% of the Faculty's lecturers will have a doctorate degree, 50% of the Faculty's lecturers will have a professor or associate professor degree, and 40% of the lecturers will be able to teach or give scientific presentations in English.
The Faculty continues to improve the quality of training at all three levels, innovate teaching methods, enhance the development of learning materials through compiling textbooks and reference materials, compiling and publishing 2-3 textbooks and reference materials to serve the training work of the Faculty.
The action slogan of the Linguistics Faculty Party Cell for the 2025-2027 term was determined at the Congress as "Dramatic innovation - Top quality - International integration".
The Congress listened to the presentation of the Party Committee's review report; Report summarizing opinions on the draft documents submitted to the Congress and the documents of the School Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030. Delegates attending the Congress discussed and contributed many opinions to the political reports; voted by secret ballot and reached high consensus in electing the Party Committee for the term 2025 - 2027; elected delegates to the School Party Congress and approved the Congress Resolution. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Linguistics Department for the term 2025 - 2027 includes: Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Binh, Comrade Do Hong Duong, Comrade Vo Thi Minh Ha, in which Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Binh holds the position of Party Cell Secretary.

Comrade Bui Thanh Nam - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the University Council, Head of the Training Department emphasized and highly appreciated the frankness and democracy in the political reports of the Party Cell. The Faculty of Linguistics needs to pay attention to the interconnection of human resources in faculties/institutes throughout the university in developing the research and training activities of the Faculty. In the common efforts of the university to prepare for university autonomy and internationalization of training and research activities, the Party Cell of the Faculty of Linguistics needs to set specific goals to successfully complete its tasks in the new context, promoting the rich tradition of the Faculty. The Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee believes that with solidarity and unanimity, the Party Cell will achieve many successes in the new term.
