Congress of the Philosophy Faculty Party Cell: Solidarity, Proactive Innovation, Creativity and Responsibility

Currently, the Philosophy Faculty Party Cell has 36 party members, including 30 party members who are cadres, 6 party members who are students, 31 official party members and 5 probationary party members.
Comrade Mai K Da (Deputy Secretary of the Party Cell) presented the Political Report of the Party Cell for the 2022-2025 term, highlighting the achievements and development directions of the Party Cell in the coming term.
During the 2022-2025 term, the Philosophy Faculty Party Cell has achieved many important results in the following aspects: political and ideological education, training, scientific research, and staff development. The Party Cell has led the government to create mechanisms and provide necessary support for the Faculty's staff and lecturers to study and improve their professional qualifications, and the quality of the staff has been increasingly improved.
In training, the Faculty has successfully completed the task of training political theory subjects for students of VNU, the work of enrolling undergraduate and graduate students has met the assigned targets, constantly innovating the training program towards training experts and linking with the practical needs of society. The Faculty's scientific research activities have achieved outstanding results. 100% of the Faculty's staff and lecturers annually meet scientific research standards. The Faculty of Philosophy has successfully chaired 05 international scientific conferences and many national conferences attracting many prestigious scholars at home and abroad. All conferences have published proceedings to spread the latest research results to the academic community, and at the same time advise many valuable policies in training, research, and application of philosophy in contemporary social life. The Party Cell of the Faculty of Philosophy focuses on the work of developing, nurturing, and introducing outstanding members to the Party.
The Faculty of Philosophy is one of the faculties with a long tradition at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities with the mission of training thinkers, political theory lecturers, researchers, and theoretical officers for central agencies. Recognizing the opportunities and challenges in the period of many changes in the education of the Social Sciences and Humanities sector both domestically and internationally, the Party Cell of the Faculty of Philosophy has determined that in the 2025-2027 term, it will focus on creating breakthroughs in personnel work, training, scientific research, international cooperation, focusing on developing a team of staff, especially leading experts, affirming its position as a leading Philosophy training institution in the country, contributing to the development of the school in the direction of a research university, meeting the requirements of national development in the context of the Fourth Industrial Revolution and international integration.
To successfully implement the set directions and tasks, one of the core solutions emphasized in the Faculty's Political Report is to promote the spirit of solidarity, proactive innovation, creativity, and responsibility in the work of the staff and Party members.
The Congress listened to the presentation of the Party Committee's review report; Report summarizing opinions on the draft documents submitted to the Congress and documents of the School Party Congress for the term 2025 - 2030.

Delegates attending the congress discussed and contributed many opinions to the political reports; voted by secret ballot and reached a high consensus in electing the Party Committee for the 2025 - 2027 term; elected delegates to attend the Party Congress of the School and passed the Congress Resolution. Accordingly, the Party Committee of the Faculty of Philosophy Party Cell for the 2025 - 2027 term includes: Comrade Pham Hoang Giang, holding the position of Party Cell Secretary, Comrade Ngo Dang Toan holding the position of Deputy Party Cell Secretary; and comrades: Pham Quynh Chinh, Mai K Da, Pham Thanh Ha as Party Cell members. Speaking at the Congress, comrade Bui Thanh Nam emphasized: “The Philosophy Faculty Party Cell is a large Party Cell in the school. Through the Summary Report of the Party Cell for the 2022-2025 term, it can be seen that the Party Cell has achieved many achievements in many tasks from Party development, staff development, scientific research, and training work for the entire Hanoi National University. In addition to teaching, the staff of the Philosophy Faculty also actively participate in developing a new training program: Philosophy of Management; successfully organizing the Philosophy Olympiad between universities. In the coming time, the international and domestic context, within Hanoi National University, and within the school, requires Party members to be prepared to proactively welcome new trends.
