The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan to organize the Graduation Ceremony and award Bachelor of Science degrees for the QH-2009-X course.
The school organized a graduation ceremony for all graduates of Course QH-2009-X (SVTN) and awarded bachelor of science degrees to Course QH-2009-X.
To successfully organize this important event, we request that leaders of units disseminate the following contents to their SVTN:
1. General rehearsal of the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for Course QH-2009-X
- Time: 7:00 a.m. June 30, 2013 (Sunday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E and 3rd and 4th floors, Building G.
- Participants: Summon all students to attend (Only students who participate in the rehearsal and sign the graduation list will be allowed to attend and receive their diplomas at the official Graduation Ceremony)
2. Graduation ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for Course QH-2009-X
- Time: 7:00 a.m. July 1, 2013 (Monday)
- Location: 8th floor hall, Building E.
- Participants: Representatives of Departments/Offices, Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union Executive Committee, Student Association Secretary, Representatives of Faculty/Department Executive Committees, Student Affairs and Training Assistants and Training Assistants of units, Academic Advisors of QH-2009-X course, and Student Union members participated in the rehearsal.
Meeting pointof SVTN units in the rehearsal and Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees:
- Students from the fields of History, Political Science, Literature, Han Nom, Linguistics, Sociology, Social Work, and Library Information gather at the Hall on the 8th floor, Building E (there will be a specific list and instructions from the Organizing Committee).
- Journalism Faculty students gather in Room 701, Building E, other majors gather in lecture halls 302, 303, 407, 408, Building G (there will be a specific list and instructions from the Organizing Committee).
Students attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to wear formal attire, be on time and seriously follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for Course QH-2009-X, we request that leaders of units assign officers in charge of informing and urging their units' students to seriously implement the plan set out by the School.
