The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan for organizing the Graduation Ceremony and awarding Bachelor of Science degrees for the QH-2009-X cohort.
The school organized a graduation ceremony for all graduating students of the QH-2009-X cohort (SVTN) and awarded Bachelor of Science degrees to the QH-2009-X cohort.
To ensure the successful organization of this important event, we request that unit leaders thoroughly explain the following points to the student volunteers under their supervision:
1. Final rehearsal for the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees, Class of QH-2009-X
- Time: 7:00 AM, June 30, 2013 (Sunday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E and the 3rd and 4th floors, Building G.
- Attendees: All student volunteers are invited to attend (Only student volunteers who participated in the rehearsal and signed the graduation list will be allowed to attend and receive their diplomas at the official graduation ceremony).
2. Graduation Ceremony and Awarding of Bachelor of Science Degrees, Class of QH-2009-X
- Time: 7:00 AM, July 1st, 2013 (Monday)
- Location: Auditorium on the 8th floor, Building E.
- Attendees included: Representatives from various Departments/Divisions, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union, the Executive Committee of the Student Association, representatives from the Deans of Faculties/Departments, assistants in student affairs and training from various units, academic advisors for the QH-2009-X cohort, and student volunteers who participated in the dress rehearsal.
Meeting pointof student volunteers from various units during the dress rehearsal and the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees:
- Student volunteers from the fields of History, Political Science, Literature, Sino-Vietnamese Studies, Linguistics, Sociology, Social Work, and Library and Information Science should gather at the auditorium on the 8th floor of Building E (a specific list and instructions will be provided by the Organizing Committee).
- Journalism students will gather in Room 701, Building E. Students from other majors will gather in lecture halls 302, 303, 407, and 408, Building G (a specific list and instructions will be provided by the Organizing Committee).
Students attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to wear formal attire, arrive on time, and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and the awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for the QH-2009-X cohort, it is requested that the leaders of each unit assign staff to be responsible for informing and urging the graduating students in their respective units to seriously implement the plan set forth by the University.
