The University of Social Sciences and Humanities announces the plan to organize the Graduation Ceremony and award Bachelor of Science degrees for the course QH-2009-X.
The school organized a graduation ceremony for all graduates of Course QH-2009-X (SVTN) and awarded bachelor of science degrees to Course QH-2009-X.
To successfully organize this important event, we request that leaders of units thoroughly inform their SVTN staff of the following contents:
1. General rehearsal of the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for Course QH-2009-X
- Time: 7:00 a.m. June 30, 2013 (Sunday)
- Location: Hall, 8th floor, Building E and 3rd and 4th floors, Building G.
- Participants: Summon all students to attend (Only students who participate in the rehearsal and sign the graduation list will be allowed to attend and receive their diplomas at the official graduation ceremony)
2. Graduation ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees for Course QH-2009-X
- Time: 7:00 a.m. July 1, 2013 (Monday)
- Location: 8th floor hall, Building E.
- Participants: Representatives of Departments/Offices, Trade Union Executive Committee, Youth Union Executive Committee, Student Association Secretary, Representatives of Faculty/Department Executive Committees, CT&CTSV assistants and training assistants of units, academic advisors of course QH-2009-X, and SVTN participated in the rehearsal.
Meeting pointof SVTN units in the rehearsal and Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science degrees:
- Students from the majors of History, Political Science, Literature, Han Nom, Linguistics, Sociology, Social Work, and Library Information gather at the 8th floor Hall, Building E (there will be a specific list and instructions from the Organizing Committee).
- Journalism Faculty students gather in Room 701, Building E, other majors gather in lecture halls 302, 303, 407, 408, Building G (there will be a specific list and instructions from the Organizing Committee).
Students attending the Graduation Ceremony are required to wear formal attire, be on time and strictly follow the instructions of the Organizing Committee.
For the success of the Graduation Ceremony and awarding of Bachelor of Science Degrees for Course QH-2009-X, we request that leaders of units assign officers in charge of informing and urging students of their units to seriously implement the plan set forth by the School.
