Awarding bachelor's degrees to 2+2 students.

On June 20, 2013, Guangxi University (China) held a graduation ceremony for 34 students in the 2+2 joint training program with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, including 20 students majoring in Tourism Management and 14 students majoring in Public Administration.

Attending the graduation ceremony on behalf of Guangxi University were Professor Shang Nahong, Vice President of the University, and Professor Vu Duc Nghieu, Vice President of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Speaking at the ceremony, Professor Shang Nahong and Professor Vu Duc Nghieu highly praised the students' dedication to their studies and academic achievements. They also expressed their hope that the students would utilize the knowledge and skills they had acquired to serve their country. Among the 34 students receiving bachelor's degrees, two received honors degrees, and many others received good and excellent grades. Due to their outstanding academic performance, four students received scholarships to continue their studies at the master's level in China. Currently, many students have found employment in Vietnam.

Since 2009, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has been implementing a 2+2 joint bachelor's degree program with Guangxi University in the fields of Chinese Language, Tourism Management, and Public Administration. In the 2009-2010 academic year, the university enrolled 42 students in Tourism Management and Public Administration. After two years of study in Vietnam, completing the required courses and achieving HSK Level 4, 34 students qualified to transfer to Guangxi University for their final two years and obtain a bachelor's degree. During their studies, students received training in Tourism Management and Public Administration, along with internships and practical experience.

From 2010 to the present, the two universities have continued to implement the 2+2 program with majors in Journalism, Chinese Language, Tourism Management, and Public Administration, and currently have over 90 students enrolled.

Professor Vu Duc Nghieu and Professor Thuong Na Hong exchanged the cooperation agreement to implement the 1+3 joint training program.

During the trip to attend the Bachelor's degree awarding ceremony at Guangxi University, Professor Vu Duc Nghieu, together with Professor Thuong Na Hong (Vice President of Guangxi University), signed a cooperation agreement to implement a 1+3 joint training program with a Bachelor's degree awarded by Guangxi University (1 year at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and 3 years at Guangxi University). This program will begin in the 2013-2014 academic year.
