On June 20, 2013, Guangxi University (China) held a bachelor's degree award ceremony for 34 students in the 2+2 joint training program with the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, including 20 students majoring in Tourism Management and 14 students majoring in Public Administration Management.
Attending the graduation ceremony on behalf of Guangxi University were Prof. Thuong Na Hong, Vice Rector of the University, along with Prof. Vu Duc Nghieu, Vice Rector of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Speaking at the graduation ceremony, Prof. Thuong Na Hong and Prof. Vu Duc Nghieu highly appreciated the learning spirit and academic achievements of the students, achieving good results in their studies. The two professors also hoped that the students would promote the knowledge they had been taught and trained to serve the Fatherland. Among the 34 students receiving bachelor's degrees, 02 students received bachelor's degrees with honors, many students received bachelor's degrees with honors and good grades. Due to their good academic achievements, 4 students received scholarships to continue their master's training in China. Currently, many students have found jobs in Vietnam.
Since 2009, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities has started implementing a 2+2 joint bachelor's degree program with Guangxi University in the majors of Chinese, Tourism Management and Public Administration Management. In the 2009-2010 school year, the school recruited 42 students to study Tourism Management and Public Administration Management. After two years of studying in Vietnam, completing the required subjects and achieving HSK level 4 certificate, 34 students were eligible to transfer to Guangxi University to study the last two years and obtain a bachelor's degree. During their studies, students were trained in Tourism Management and Public Administration Management along with internships and field trips.
Since 2010, the two schools have continued to implement the 2+2 program with majors in Journalism, Chinese, Tourism Management and Public Administration Management and have more than 90 students studying.

Professor Vu Duc Nghieu and Professor Thuong Na Hong exchanged cooperation agreements to implement the 1+3 joint training program.
Also during the trip to attend the Bachelor's Degree Award Ceremony at Guangxi University, Prof. Vu Duc Nghieu and Prof. Thuong Na Hong (Vice President of Guangxi University) signed a Cooperation Agreement to implement the 1+3 joint training program with Guangxi University conferring bachelor's degrees (1 year at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and 3 years at Guangxi University), this program will be implemented from the 2013-2014 school year.
