Note: Students who come to receive their diplomas must bring their identification documents. In case of receiving a diploma from someone else, there must be a power of attorney from the person receiving the diploma (certified by the People's Committee of the ward or commune) and the identification documents of the person receiving the diploma and the person collecting the diploma on their behalf.
