On the morning of April 9, 2008, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the French University Center held a scholarship awarding ceremony for the MADO program. Attending the ceremony were representatives from the University's Board of Directors, PUF leaders, the MADO management board, the French coordinator, Vietnamese lecturers teaching in the MADO program, as well as the entire MADO class and some candidates for the second MADO cohort.

Attending the ceremony were representatives from the University's Board of Directors, PUF leaders, the MADO management board, the French coordinator, Vietnamese lecturers teaching in the MADO program, as well as the entire MADO class and some candidates for the second MADO cohort.
At the ceremony, the organizing committee awarded 10 matching government scholarships with three levels ranging from 4 million to 12 million VND. Notably, the French University Center in Hanoi awarded scholarships of 1000 USD per person to three first-year students (2007-2008) in the Master's program in Organizational Management, a joint program between the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the University of Toulouse Le Mirail (Republic of France).
