The Creative Youth Exhibition was organized by the Communist Magazine, the Ministry of Science and Technology in collaboration with VNU, and the Vietnam Youth Union towards the 12th National Party Congress. Attending the exhibition were comradesNguyen Thien Nhan - Member of the Politburo, Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front,Mr. Vu Van Phuc - Editor-in-Chief of Communist Magazine; Mr. Tran Viet Thanh - Deputy Minister of Science and Technology; Mr. Dang Huy Dong - Deputy Minister of Planning and Investment; Mr. Nguyen Phi Long - Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union and authors/groups of authors participating in the contest "Creativity for the community". On the side of VNU, there were VNU President Phung Xuan Nha, Vice Presidents, representatives of the Office, functional departments and member units under VNU.
The exhibition includes 10 booths of universities and research institutes under VNU, including the University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
The exhibition space of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities includes bronze drums, traditional costumes, and typical national research works.

More than 200 initiatives have been submitted since the program was launched, and the Organizing Committee has selected 11 initiatives with the best applications to award prizes. The first prize belongs to the initiative "Patient Support Program" of the Vietnam Doctors Association.
