In Hue, the closing ceremony was held at Hue University of Foreign Languages with the participation of Mr. Le Tuan Anh, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department of the General Department of Tourism; Mr. Le Huu Minh, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Thua Thien Hue; representatives from departments and agencies in the province; and 48 trainees, of whom 29 received certificates/diplomas.

In Da Nang, with the assistance of Da Nang University of Foreign Languages, in addition to the delegation from the General Department of Tourism, the closing ceremony was attended by leaders of functional departments of the Da Nang Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism such as the Personnel and Organization Department, the Travel Management Department, etc., along with 59 trainees from management agencies and tourism businesses, of which 35 trainees received certificates/diplomas. In Hoi An (Quang Nam), the closing ceremony was held at Phan Chau Trinh University, with the participation of delegates and 46 trainees, of whom 26 received certificates/diplomas.

The 2015 basic Japanese language training course was not limited to government officials in the tourism sector, but also extended to employees from travel agencies, accommodation establishments, and other related service businesses. Over the course of four months, participants acquired the knowledge and language skills to communicate at a basic level in Japanese, improving the quality of service to the rapidly growing high-spending tourist market in recent years.

With the reputation of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in tourism training, especially in tourism-related foreign languages such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, and Indonesian, the Science and Tourism Services Company Limited (TASS) organized a basic Japanese language training course, ensuring high-quality teaching and providing useful knowledge to students, with a high percentage achieving excellent scores (above 8.0) on the test.

At the end of the course, students from all three central provinces highly appreciated both the quality of teaching by the instructors and TASS's responsibility in organizing and managing the classes and implementing the training. Students also expressed their desire to continue participating in advanced Japanese language classes; or basic Korean, Chinese, and Thai language classes, in order to enhance their foreign language skills and ability to communicate with international tourists.
