On behalf of the university's leadership, Professor Nguyen Van Kim extended his greetings and early New Year wishes to the veteran educators – those who have contributed to building the foundation of many academic disciplines at the university. He also expressed his pride in having met, studied, and researched under the guidance of these teachers, who have dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to the educational cause of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in particular and the scientific research cause of the whole country in general. The Vice-Rector also expressed his deep gratitude to the teachers for their contributions over the years.

Professor Dr. Nguyen Van Kim and Mr. Dang Ngoc Trai - Head of the General Administration Department, on behalf of the school, visited Associate Professor Dr. Nguyen Thua Hy.

Professor, Doctor, and People's Teacher Le Quang Thiem conversed with representatives of the university's leadership. The interesting conversation also included the participation of a Korean professor – a student of Professor, Doctor, and People's Teacher Le Quang Thiem in comparative linguistics.
In the warm and heartfelt atmosphere of the home visit, the teachers also expressed their emotion at being visited and cared for by the school's leadership. This is a great source of motivation for them, showing that their contributions have been recognized by the younger generation and inspiring them to continue their dedicated contributions to the nation's intellectual development.
This is the school's second trip in a series of visits to and New Year greetings for veteran teachers. Previously, on the morning of January 10, 2017, Principal Pham Quang Minh visited and extended New Year greetings to veteran teachers including Professor Vu Duong Ninh, Professor Phan Huy Le, Professor Dinh Xuan Lam, and Professor Phan Dai Doan.
Visiting and showing appreciation on major holidays has always been a cherished tradition of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities for many years, in order to remember those who have made significant contributions to the teaching profession at the university.
