Principal Pham Quang Minh met with leaders of departments and offices

The Rector mentioned the highlights of the school's activities in 2016. Accordingly, despite certain changes in the organizational structure, the school still maintained stability and solidarity in the collective, which is the foundation for remarkable achievements in all fields. The school's international publications last year had a remarkable development with more than 50 articles, including 06 articles published in ISI and Scopus journals. International cooperation activities were expanded with more than 250 partners, dozens of new cooperation agreements were signed and many international cooperation projects related to training and scientific research were effectively implemented. The staff continued to be standardized with more teachers successfully defending their doctoral theses, and 10 more teachers were recognized as professors and associate professors. Training activities had many innovations with the review and standardization of the training process to be scientific, effective and best serve the interests of students and trainees.

Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh highly appreciated and recognized the efforts of the staff of the departments and offices. The teachers play a very important role in advising the Board of Directors in management, organization and service activities throughout the school. The new challenges facing the school in the current period were also shared by the Professor Rector such as: challenges of regional and international integration in all fields; challenges of having quality research works that meet practical requirements; challenges of having to fully promote the potential and creativity of the staff; challenges of university autonomy and implementing university governance according to the new model...

Prof. Dr. Pham Quang Minh affirmed that the spirit of openness, innovation and integration will be the basic values ​​throughout the activities of the School. On that basis, he suggested that teachers in the departments and divisions need to further promote the sense of responsibility, innovation and creativity in their work; promote cooperation and communication between departments to improve operational efficiency. The Principal also emphasized that the teachers in the departments, through their work and attitudes, will help build a better image of the School in the minds of students, trainees and society.
