The University of Social Sciences and Humanities under the Vietnam National University, Hanoi will auction off a batch of liquidated equipment on November 12, 2011.1. Participants: Vietnamese citizens aged 18 years or older with full civil capacity. 2. Auction equipment includes old, broken, used electronic and computer equipment. 3. Conditions for participating in the auction: Auction participants must submit an auction registration application issued by the school. 4.
