Speaking at the seminar, Associate Professor Dr. Hoang Anh Tuan expressed the interest of the school's leaders in the development of Information Management in the era of the 4.0 revolution. Accordingly, the more society develops, the more small and medium enterprises need high-quality information management human resources. The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is always a pioneer in training high-quality majors, meeting the needs and goals of providing human resources for society and businesses. Opinions at the seminar stated that the nature of the 4.0 technology revolution is based on the integration of digital technology and all smart technologies to optimize processes and production methods. Countries, organizations, and businesses all need a team of information management personnel to be able to manage and exploit existing information resources. Effective information management will bring positive impacts to businesses such as: increasing value for services provided to customers; minimizing risks in operations; reducing costs in operations and service provision; encouraging innovation in internal operations and providing services to external parties.
Researchers also emphasized the fact that many universities in the world have long taught Information Management, so opening a training program for Information Management in Vietnam is extremely necessary.

The Bachelor of Information Management training program at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Vietnam National University, Hanoi is built according to the socialization model with the cooperation of Bao Ninh Investment Company. It is expected that the program will be taught in both Vietnamese and English, of which 30% of specialized subjects will be taught directly in a foreign language. The program framework, output standards and enrollment plan will be proposed by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities to Vietnam National University, Hanoi in the near future.
