At the ceremony, Professor Pham Quang Minh congratulated the Chinese students on completing their specialized course at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. During their studies, they had the opportunity to conduct field surveys in provinces near Hanoi such as Hung Yen, Hai Duong, and Quang Ninh, and to interact with students from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. This will be a memorable time for the students and will help them better understand Vietnamese culture and history.
