The seminar is scheduled to take place on December 15th and 16th, 2017, and will be jointly organized by the Nghe An Provincial Political School and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The seminar will be attended by representatives from provincial and city leaders, researchers from universities, and research associations from Vietnam and Japan… This is one of the important activities in a series of programs commemorating the 150th anniversary of the birth of the revolutionary patriot Phan Boi Chau.

During the meeting, the University of Social Sciences and Humanities and the Nghe An Political School discussed the organizational methods and selection of specific topics for discussion at the conference. Representatives from the Nghe An provincial delegation also expressed their desire to reach an agreement on the conference schedule, papers, guest speakers, venue, accommodation, etc., to ensure its success. To ensure high-quality papers, a thorough review process will be conducted from the grassroots level. The content of the papers will aim to highlight the ideology and portray the image of Phan Boi Chau – a patriotic national hero – and his relationship with Japan through his friendship with Dr. Asaba Sakitaro.
