More than 600 volunteers participated in the event series with five main activities: donating blood, whitewashing trees, removing tape from lecture halls, cleaning benches and flower pots, and pasting "For a Green Humanity" decals.
The volunteer activities of “Green Humanity” took place on Saturday, thus attracting a large number of students from the school to attend. A total of more than 500 volunteers participated in this series of events.

After the opening ceremony, the volunteers simultaneously took to the field with activities such as cleaning flower beds, stone benches, whitewashing tree stumps and donating blood. At the end of the morning, after summarizing the whitewashing and cleaning activities, more than 115 certificates were awarded. The blood donation activity alone took place all day, with 46 volunteers participating in supporting the medical team. The school's students donated 159 units of blood to save lives.
The remaining two activities also took place very excitingly in the afternoon. The blackboard tape removal team with 100 volunteers cleaned 32 lecture halls. Another 78 volunteers were assigned to stick "For a Green Humanity" decals on 66 classrooms and 17 toilets.
This "Green Humanity" campaign is not only a movement of the school's youth, but further, the Organizing Committee wants each individual to raise awareness and have more practical activities in protecting the environment.

The festival also aims to develop these volunteer activities into regular activities, creating a volunteer model “Green Saturday” -Comrade Nguyen Mai Lan - President of the School's Student Association shared.
