On the morning of September 30, 2012, the Faculty of Tourism, University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a scientific seminar: "Tourism, cuisine and business management issues" at the 5th floor hall of building H.Culinary culture plays an important role in tourism development. In countries with developed tourism, they all focus and invest in building the country's image through unique food technology. That trend has set for Vietnamese tourism business managers certain requirements in the management of culinary tourism business, in order to create mechanisms and favorable conditions to promote tourism business activities through the power of culinary culture. This is the main topic that tourism experts have discussed and researched together.
