On the morning of September 30, 2012, the Faculty of Tourism of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities organized a scientific seminar: “Tourism, Cuisine and Business Management Issues” at the auditorium on the 5th floor of building H.Culinary culture plays a crucial role in tourism development. In countries with developed tourism industries, they focus on and invest in building their national image through unique food technologies. This trend has placed certain demands on Vietnamese tourism business managers in managing culinary tourism, aiming to create mechanisms and favorable conditions to promote tourism business activities through the power of culinary culture. This is the main topic discussed and researched by tourism experts.
