On July 17, 2013, Vietnam National University, Hanoi issued Official Letter No. 2438/ĐHQGHN-KHCN announcing the awarding of the Vietnam National University, Hanoi Science and Technology Prize for 2013. The university requests that heads of units inform all staff members of their units so that they are aware and can implement this.
The application for an award includes:
1. Application form for award consideration (Download the vehicle registration form here.)
2. Two original copies of the scientific work submitted for the award consideration.
3. A scientific and technological value statement for the project (Form DKGT 2) in Vietnamese, accompanied by an English translation.
4. The author's academic background
5. Confirmation of the list of authors (for collective scientific works)
6. Letter of recommendation for award consideration from the Head of Department/Faculty.
7. Letters of introduction from leading scientists regarding the scientific work submitted for the award (for basic science works)
8. Confirmation and evaluation documents from competent authorities or units applying the results of the scientific work (for research and development, pilot production, testing, and technology transfer).
9. Other relevant supporting documents.
Applications for the Award should be submitted to the Research Management Department before August 20, 2013.
