On August 1st and 2nd, 2013, the Faculty Council for Professor Titles of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, held a meeting to review and evaluate applications, listen to candidates present their overview reports, and determine their foreign language proficiency.
