In order to implement the policy of building a Great Wall of Research Universities and increasing the publication of articles in prestigious international scientific journals, the University invited Professor Tuong Vu (University of Oregon, USA), an expert on Vietnamese politics and also a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Vietnamese Studies, Berkeley University, to discuss with the University's departments about experiences in writing articles published in international scientific journals.
