In line with the university's policy of developing into a research university and increasing the publication of articles in prestigious international scientific journals, the university invited Professor Tuong Vu (University of Oregon, USA), an expert on Vietnamese politics and also a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Vietnamese Studies, University of Berkeley, to share his experience in writing articles for publication in international scientific journals with the university's departments.
