(SVVN) On August 29, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong visited Hanoi National University and had lunch with students on the occasion of the official visit of the Prime Minister of Singapore to Vietnam from 27-29/8.

Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong commented that the cooperation agreement between Singapore's higher education institutions and Hanoi National University is a condition for implementing education, training, research, and staff and student exchange projects along with developing the digital economy - green economy.
Mr. Lee Hsien Loong said: Cooperation between the two countries must come from both ways. This is the legal basis, creating favorable conditions for young people of the two countries to study, work, and encourage talents, entrepreneurs, and scientists to participate to achieve the goal of cooperation that the two countries have agreed upon.
