1. Training objectives
- Enhance your basic knowledge of Persian culture and language.
- The program equips students with advanced Persian listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, enabling them to communicate and understand conversations and texts from simple to advanced levels, with a particular focus on correct grammar in writing.
2. Target audience for training
- Individuals studying or researching Iran and the Middle East, those interested in Persian culture and language, and those with other needs.
- Students who graduated from the Elementary Persian Language Course 2022-2023
- Scholars who have studied, are studying, or have graduated in fields closely related to Persian.
3. Training schedule
Tuesdays and Thursdays every week.

Total number of lessons: 15
5. Type of diploma awarded
- Trainees who complete the training course and meet all the course requirements will be awarded a certificate.
- Certificate of completion issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi and the Iranian Embassy in Vietnam.

Note: The lessons are structured according to the First Step to Learning Persian curriculum of the Saadi Foundation, provided by the Iranian Embassy in Vietnam.
7. Teaching and learning equipment
- Utilizing modern classrooms and equipment to effectively meet the learning and teaching needs of the course.
- The curriculum is sponsored by the Iranian Embassy in Vietnam.
8. Teacher Requirements
The instructors are trained in Iran, fluent in Persian, have experience teaching foreign languages, and hold a Master's degree or higher.
9. Implementation
Training courses are conducted in person at the University, in compliance with the regulations on training and certification of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. The conditions for receiving certification are as follows:
- Students must not miss more than 20% of the course duration;
- Students must participate fully in the final assessment exam.
- The final exam score must be 5 points or higher.
