The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is organizing a training course on office administration skills. The course is designed with multiple objectives and consists of four basic modules.

- Office Administration (including the following topics: Office Management, Workplace Culture, Office Reception, Application of ISO in the Office, Office Human Resource Management);
- Administrative skills (including: information gathering and processing, event organization, administrative communication, conflict management, consultation and presentation);
- Clerical work (including: Organizing and managing clerical work, drafting and issuing documents, managing documents and seals, creating work files);
- Archival work (including: organizing and managing archival work, collecting and classifying documents, determining the value of documents, preserving documents, exploiting, using and publishing documents).
Based on their academic performance, students will be awarded a certificate from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities - Vietnam National University, Hanoi.
Tuition fee for the entire course(4 modules): 3,000,000 VND
Target audience for the course:
- Students currently enrolled at the school (receive a 50% tuition fee reduction upon registration);
- Those working in administrative, office, and document management/archiving roles at agencies, organizations, and businesses;
Study timeIt is planned to last for one month, on Saturday evenings and every week.
