The University of Social Sciences and Humanities is recruiting students for a short-term training course on 'Radio and Television Program Hosting Skills', with a certificate awarded by the University, commencing in 2011. - ObjectThis is for college/university graduates or current students; reporters and editors of radio and television stations nationwide, as well as media staff of event organizing companies.- Study time: 2 weeks (3 sessions per week)- TargetUpon completion of the course, learners will be able to confidently present in front of a crowd, and will be able to host interactive programs and dialogues for television or stage performances.- Training programStudents will learn the following topics: + Basic requirements for a presenter + Developing basic presenter skills + Building a program script + Handling situations while presenting + Practicing presenting- LecturerThe lecturers are highly qualified, professionally trained professionals from the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, and include presenters and editors from VTV and VTC television stations.- TuitionCourse fee: 800,000 VND/course. Students and alumni of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (with a degree issued by the University of Social Sciences and Humanities): 600,000 VND/course.- Deadline for submitting applicationsApril 20, 2011* Register for courses at: Office of the Faculty of Journalism and Communication, Room 103, Building A, 336 Nguyen Trai Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.* Application form:
