10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- Systematically present the basic guidelines and policies of the Vietnam Labor Party on building a contingent of intellectuals in the North in the cause of building and defending the North and fighting for the liberation of the South and national reunification.
- Through evaluating the achievements and limitations in the process of the Party's leadership in building the intellectual workforce in the North, some key experiences in the Party's intellectual mobilization work are highlighted.

The dissertation can be used as research material, a reference, or teaching material for related courses.

Continue research on intellectuals and the development of a Vietnamese intellectual workforce.

10. Summary of the new findings of the thesis:
- The thesis is a systematic presentation of the guidelines and basic policies of the Labor Party of Vietnam on building and development of the intelligentsia in the North of Vietnam during the construction of socialist society and in the struggle for the liberation of the South of Vietnam and national reunification.
- To provide a new evaluation of the LPV's leadership to the intelligentsia in the North of Vietnam. Based on theses I will try to draw on several experiences for the Party's mobilization of intelligentsia today.

The thesis can be used as the reference materials for the research and teaching about the related subjects.
12. Further research directions:
In the future, I continue to study about the Vietnamese intelligentsia and the contributions of the Vietnamese intelligentsia.
